Ironically, Jeju City’s summer season is also comprised of its wettest months, with an accumulated precipitation of 7.1 inches from June until September.

May is known to be the sunniest month with 211.9 sunshine hours, while January is the coldest with an estimated temperature of 3.2 degrees Celsius at its lowest.

Transportation

Don’t be shocked to see a lot of commuters when you land at the Jeju International Airport as the route it caters going to Seoul is considered one of the busiest around the world. Jeju City is also known as the main transportation channel to the whole of Jeju Province, due to its location at the center of everything.
