Location
Found in Cesme, Alacati is located in Izmir’s west coast.

Climate
It is highly suggested to travel to Alacati between the months of April to October as these are charted to have an average weather suitable for strolling around and lingering at the beach.

Transportation
With either Cesme or Ilica as the starting point, the easiest way to get to Alacati is by riding a bus. There are abundant numbers of transport buses that pass through the town, usually running between intervals of 30 minutes to an hour.

Beginners do not need to worry as there are surfing classes offered here. A one-day class can range from ''120 to ''500. Other water activities are also available such as paddling and wakeboarding.
Nightlife
The beach life is almost never complete without the presence of pubs and bars. The fun and the chance of mingling with other guests of the town are the reasons why the night in Alacati should be experienced at least once.
