Location

Madagascar lies in the western part of the Indian Ocean, 266 miles away from the east coast part of Southern Africa, and specifically in the eastern part of Mozambique.
Its land area is about 224,533 square miles; it is slightly less than twice the size of Arizona. And it is also considered as the fourth largest island in the world.
Climate

Madagascar had two variable seasons, a hot rainy seasons during the months of November to April, while the dry and cool season is from the months of May to October.
The eastern part of the country is the wettest part and the home of the islands’ famous rainforests. While the central part is the cooler and drier for the agriculture of the country, and in the western part is the home of the dry forest.
Transportation

Going to Madagascar via Plane is easy it has lots of connections but the best connections are planes from Europe with its National Carrier, Air Madagascar. There is also Air France or CorsAir that has flight from Paris to Antananarivo.
Air Austral also have flights to Madagascar from Paris with can transfer tourists on Reunion Island.
While tourists from the Eastern part can fly with Air Mauritius that has twice weekly flights from Bangkok to Antananarivo. Also Air Madagascar operates weekly flights between Nairobi and Antananarivo. It also has Flights coming from Johannesburg, South Africa, using Air Madagascar too, its Flights run 6 days a week.
The airport is located right next to the city Ivato.

Ranomafana

Ranomafana is a village located in the southeast part of Madagascar, near the Village is the National Park of Ranomafana which is one of the most popular attraction of Madagascar because of its breathtaking scenic view of streams that splashes through the forested hills. The park is also the home for some endangered species and animals like the Golden Bamboo Lemur.
Royal Hill Ambohimanga

It is one of the historical, most popular and considered sacred place in Madagascar by the Malagasy people for almost 500 years. It was once the home of the Madagascar Royalty.
The wall of the village is surrounded and constructed by lime and egg whites.
