Lucas Cave

Can be visited easily by large groups because of its enormous cavities. This cave is considered as one of the most visited caves in this entire park because of its beautiful limestone formations. The journey through this cave is about one and a half hours of walk because its length extends 860 meters long.

The average number of people it can accommodate is 60 people. The stair steps is 910 steps in total. There are many rest stops while inside this caves for tourists to take photos and just rest watching the beautiful scenery.

This cave is a follow through of their pre-historic river passage. This is a wonderful experience, so if you are not only after some photos but are geeks for historical facts this is one cave to troll for you. The cave features the “Sinkhole” or the so called “Ridleys Shortcut”.

The Imperial cave was excavated dated 1975 and there they found Bones. Which they say are the bones of a Tasmanian devil. The tour or walk would last about an hour it is shorter compared to the Lucas Cave having only 358 steps average people that can be accommodated should be around 40.

There are several more caves inside this tour such as the Jubilee Cave or known as the snow cave and the Ribbon Cave where in the stones look like ribbons that hang from the majestic ceilings of the cave.
