Climate
Algarrobo is considered as Chile’s top summer destination spot because it is situated in the central coast of Chile. This summer destination did not gain it because it is near the coast lines but for most because of its humidity and climate.
Algarrobo has a Mediterranean climate subtropical in layman’s term, most regions in the central part has this climate meaning they have a temperate weather condition because of this the sunshine is working the rest of the year and the peak or best time to visit this tourist spot would be June, because the start of May brings heavier rainfall up to the month of August.

Transportation
This place is very accessible to the locals especially to the tourists because that is its major purpose why it was built to become the finest tourist spot in the world and in order to achieve that it had to be accessible.
So from the alternative routes from Santiago Chile which is “highway 68” which connects to Valparaiso which is one of the best routes because of the convenience it brings and ease of travel in its course leading to Casablanca then Algarrobo.
Now it is possible to reach San Alfonso faster through the Aguas Marinas Branch, and excluding the route going to down town Algarrobo to avoid traffic jams and road blocks causing more delay on the trip.
Now they have further cut your travel time by advancing Costanera Norte and Vespucio Norte by forming expressways directly connected to highway 68 which cuts off your travel time. What an ease on the road!

Lastly the Sea- salt lagoon, aren’t you confused and wondering of how their company pay their workers just to clean this enormous pool? Or would you even dare send application forms to land on this job? You will definitely not because this gigantic man-made pool is 1,013 m long, about 20 acres, containing some 250 million liters of seawater, with a maximum depth of 11.5 ft. and going back to the question how do they maintain and clean it?
The answer is simple the crystal clear turquoise water accommodating in this pool was made possible through the advancements being developed by Mr. Fernando Eichmann the owner of the Chilean Crystal Lagoons Company to which he figured out a way to pump water out of the Pacific Ocean, then filter and treat it then compressed it inside that pool truly a brilliant work of a genius which eventually lead him to his fortune.
